Shipping

We currently offer delivery throughout the UK, including Northern Ireland and the Isle of Man. 

Unfortunately, we do not currently offer international shipping, but we hope to expand our delivery service in the future.

Delivery

All orders are sent via a tracked courier service, allowing you to follow your delivery from dispatch to arrival. 

Orders are usually delivered within 3-4 working days from the date your order is accepted. 

Please note: 

• Orders are processed Monday to Friday only.
• Orders are not processed on weekends or UK Bank Holidays.
• Delivery times may occasionally be affected by circumstances beyond our control.

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us through our contact form here and we'll be happy to help. 

Order Cancellations

We process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible to ensure prompt delivery. For this reason, we are unable to amend orders once they have been placed.

Returns

We hope you're delighted with your Eulah purchase. If, for any reason, you're not completely satisfied, please read our returns policy below.

This returns policy applies to purchases made online at eulahskin.com.

Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds or exchanges on skincare or toiletry products. Special consideration will be given in exceptional circumstances, however refunds or replacements will only be offered if they are faulty, damaged or not as described. 

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you believe you have received a faulty, damaged or incorrect item, please contact us through our contact form here with the following information:

• Name and address
  
• A brief description of the issue

Our Customer Service team aims to respond within 2–3 working days. Once your request has been reviewed and approved, we will provide you with a prepaid returns label where applicable.

Eulah reserves the right to amend its warranty conditions without prior notice.
